Purpose of Data Collection
Mindbody and its platforms provide online tools that our customers use to operate aspects of their business. These include tools for scheduling appointments and classes, internal employee management, point of sale, reports, marketing and a platform to build online applications, such as customized features, for their business. We offer these tools through the web and mobile apps. In providing these tools, Mindbody processes data our customers submit to our services or instruct us to process on their behalf, or that users of the services submit directly to Mindbody, as further described in our online Privacy Policy. Through the Privacy Shield, Mindbody also receives HR data from Mindbody offices located in the UK, which Mindbody uses for HR management and related legal compliance.
