Purpose of Data Collection

POP, Inc. operates an email marketing service called WordFly which is used by organizations in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, UK and Denmark. Data is housed in the USA. Only data which is provided by the subscriber is collected in the system. This data may include email address, first, last name and other personal data either offered directly by subscribers signing up for email marketing notices or by account holders by importing this data. All sign up is double opt-in and data is provided voluntarily. WordFly processes data by collection, recording, organization, storage, and erasure or destruction.
