Purpose of Data Collection
FreeWheel Media, Inc. and its subsidiary, Comcast International France SAS are not re-certifying with respect to transfers of HR data because FreeWheel and its subsidiary use cross-border transfer mechanisms other than Privacy Shield to transfer HR data from the E.U. to the U.S.
The FreeWheel Privacy and Cookies Policy Policy explains: 1) the type of personal data FreeWheel and its subsidiary, Comcast International France SAS (together, "FreeWheel") collect about website visitors, how that data is used and how it is protected; 2) what an individual can do if the individual does not want personal data to be collected by FreeWheel when visiting the FreeWheel website (freewheel.tv) (“our Site/Sites”), and how an individual can change personal data that already has been given to FreeWheel; and 3) the services that FreeWheel provides to its customers (publishers, content re-sellers, and content aggregators), including hosted solutions that enable customers to manage and monetize video and display advertising (the “Services”).
