Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data other than human resources data is processed for various purposes depending on the particular service being provided to customers and clients. For example, personal data of job seekers is processed to assist job seekers to open an account with ZipRecruiter, to search for employment vacancies, to apply to job advertisements, and to submit resumes to a resume database. Personal data of business clients may be processed to enable the business client to open an account with ZipRecruiter, to enable the client to post job advertisements and to search for employees. Human resources data is received from UK- and EU-based prospective and current ZipRecruiter employees, and is processed for various employment and legal purposes, including, recruitment and staffing, payroll and compensation, benefits, training, and other employment-related purposes. Personal data is disclosed to third-party service providers that assist ZipRecruiter to bring the end services to our customers and clients, and provide various services in relation to our employees, such as payroll and administration.
