Emodo, Inc. (formerly 1020, Inc) is a technology company that provides a platform for data management, data analytics and advertising services on mobile devices. For this purpose, Emodo processes pseudonymous data on behalf of Data Controller clients when we work with partners, advertisers, websites and mobile app publishers and other advertising platforms. Emodo collects personal data with proactive consent from users when providing direct marketing services on behalf of partners (Data Controllers). Emodo also collects personal information via our website to address questions coming from site visitors. Lastly, Emodo collects personal information from clients in order maintain client accounts and for billing purposes.
