Purpose of Data Collection
If you register to use the GreatHorn Service or express interest in obtaining additional information, we require you to give us your contact information, such as your name, company name, address, and e-mail address. We may also ask for additional personal information, such as title, phone number, department name or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. You can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. We obtain information collected on our public marketing website and augment it through LeadLander and Discover.org, for up-to-date title and contact details, exclusively for maintaining marketing database quality. The GreatHorn Service works without storing the content of your emails and messages. The GreatHorn Service only collects certain meta-data such as message timestamps, recipient and destination IP addresses, user names, email headers, etc. When you search or view content through the GreatHorn Service, GreatHorn uses email and chat provider services to display the content of messages, and does not read or store any of the content.
