Purpose of Data Collection

Xactware Solutions, Inc., (“Xactware”) collects personal data directly from consumers located in the EU and UK when, for example, they visit Xactware’s website and provide their personal data online to Xactware. Xactware also obtains personal data, such as contact information, in connection with maintaining its customer relationships and providing its products and services to customers. As a service provider for its enterprise customers, Xactware receives personal data from its customers’ consumers located in the EU and UK. Xactware’s customers provide the personal data to Xactware in connection with Xactware’s provision of services to its customers. In this capacity, Xactware acts pursuant to its customers’ instructions. The types of personal data Xactware’s customers provide include names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers and insurance policy information. Xactware processes this personal data in the U.S. to deliver products and services to its customers. Xactware may disclose the relevant personal data to recipients such as (1) the company’s affiliates and subsidiaries, (2) third-party controllers and (3) third-party processors the company has retained to perform services on its behalf and pursuant to its instructions. Xactware also may disclose the relevant personal data if it is required to do so by law or legal process or in response to lawful requests from public authorities, including to meet national security, public interest or law enforcement requirements.
