CLI records some telephone interpreting calls with permission from our customers. These recordings are made strictly for internal quality assurance purposes and then destroyed after 90 days. Customers of CLI have the right to refuse call recordings. CLI customizes our services to meet the needs of our customers. We will gather any information required for billing purposes and this information will appear on the invoices.
