Purpose of Data Collection
Incyte uses voluntarily provided personal information to communicate directly with website visitors, where necessary via email, postal mail, and phone. Incyte also stores, processes and uses data voluntarily submitted by health care providers and other purchasers of its products and transfers it to third parties who store and process it on Incyte's behalf. Incyte itself or through independent research organizations collect data from certain individuals including patients and study participants and use such data for the discovery, development, and commercialization of small molecule drugs. Additionally, Incyte receives, processes and uses HR data, and further transfers it to third parties to carry out our obligations under employment and benefit laws. Incyte discloses personal information to clinical research organizations and vendors including those who handle adverse event reporting as well as others with cloud-based software licensed in support of our operations, including HR.
