Purpose of Data Collection
C.A. Short Company is a provider of employee recognition programs to clients worldwide. The Personal Identifiable Information (PII) we collect consist of name, address, phone number, email address, hire date and month/day of birth. This information is sent to us by the participants company in data files that are processed automatically. The participant has the ability to edit their name, address, phone number and email address directly in the system. Also, program administrators have the ability to manually edit participant data via the Administrator's Portal.
