Purpose of Data Collection

NetBrain Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “NetBrain”) collects or may collect personal information from its prospective and actual customers and vendors. This personal information may include, but is not limited to: (1) first and last name(s); (2) employer name; (3) title; (4) mailing addresses; (5) email address(es); (6) telephone number(s); and (7) bank account and credit card information. Customer and vendor information is collected by NetBrain for various purposes, which include, but are not limited to: (1) providing products and/or services to customers; (2) and receiving products and/or services from vendors; (3) marketing our products and/or services to prospective customers; and (4) marketing new products and/or services to our existing customers. These types of personal information are provided and collected: (A) voluntarily by the prospective or actual customer or vendor; (B) by users of NetBrain's website(s) and social media pages; (C) by attendees at events or trade shows; or (D) by market research participants. NetBrain uses personal information collected from its prospective and actual customers and vendors solely in connection with marketing, providing or purchasing products and/or services. NetBrain may transfer or disclose personal information to third parties solely in connection with data processing activities carried on by such third parties on behalf of NetBrain, or in connection with services requested by NetBrain customers and vendors. NetBrain also collects personal information from its prospective and actual employees. This personal information may include, but is not limited to: (1) first and last name(s); (2) mailing address(es); (3) email address(es); (4) telephone number(s); (5) national identification number(s); (6) payroll information and bank account information; and (7) first and last name(s) and contact information of employee family member(s), as needed, for example, to maintain emergency contact information for our employees or to provide insurance benefits. NetBrain collects personal information from its employees in order to perform human resources functions, including, but not limited to: (A) providing compensation, insurance, and other benefits; and (B) employee management-related services. NetBrain may transfer or disclose its employees‘ personal information to third-party agents, or service providers, who perform human resources functions on its behalf, such as third parties who process employees‘ payroll information and benefits information, outside consultants, and recruiting firms.
