Purpose of Data Collection

Telescope's proprietary technology platform, Connect Live, is a cloud-based platform that enables the creation and management of cross channel interactive campaigns for clients in TV, sports, live events, news and Brands. The platform enables clients to power social marketing campaigns and real-time interactive experiences to develop audience, fan and consumer engagement through a suite of digital products. The platform is built to deliver self service solutions or fully supported custom solutions. Telescope may collect certain Personal Information within the scope of the Services that end users may provide when accessing the Services. The Services may require users to voluntarily provide information, such as name, address, email address, phone number, or such other Personal Information from time to time. If users are logged into a social media profile to use or access the Services, Telescope may collect Personal Information such user makes available from its profile, such as gender, age range, language, or geographic region. Telescope does not collect any financial information (e.g., credit card numbers and/or bank account information). Telescope does not intentionally collect, and requests that users do not provide, Sensitive Personal Information. Telescope may also collect anonymized information, including application usage and browsing sessions. Except as described in the Privacy Policy or such applicable agreement between Telescope and the applicable customer, Telescope does not use or disclose Personal Information for any purpose, other than to the extent necessary to perform the Services, unless a user expressly opts-in to any other use. Telescope notifies its customers and users regarding what information is collected and how it may be disclosed to third parties in more detail in its publicly available Privacy Policy. With respect to its employees, Telescope may collect Personal Information incident to and in the context of an employment relationship, which is subject to internal human resources polices and the publicly available Privacy Policy.
