Purpose of Data Collection
Gem Software, Inc. collects and stores email address, name, cookies, and IP address. We process user email contacts and emails to send email on behalf of our users, to track emails (opens, clicks, and replies), and send automated followups. We store communication between our users and candidates they source. We process browsing history and downloads to capture PDF resumes of candidates that are sourced. This data is collected and processed to provide the service to our users and to improve the service.
