Purpose of Data Collection
Peoplekeys provides online reports for use in training, coaching, etc. PeopleKeys does not collect personal information for the use of HR, and only collects the following personal information for the purposes of user management and personalizing user resources on our website and newsletter: first name, last name, and email address. Billing and payment information is not collected or stored by Peoplekeys, but is entered through a secure TLS encrypted connection with our Payment Gateway (‘Authorize.Net’). Newsletter signups are not processed automatically on a user creation but must be explicitly signed-up for and are double opt-in as well as provide a clearly defined, easy to use unsubscribe option. We do not disclose collected personal information to third-parties. Our policies and information collection have been reviewed by an international attorney located in the EU to ensure it compiles with the GDPR rules in effect.
