Purpose of Data Collection

KONGiQ provides services related to the exercise routine related to athletic team participation, which includes Athletic Data tracking, performance assessment, body composition measurement, injury tracking and management, and strength coaching. Vivature Inc., through the KONGiQ application, will use the data provided by its users to provide feedback to both the user and assigned administrators (typically the coaches for the teams in which they are participating in athletics at the secondary (high school) level, for an institute of higher education (colleges and universities) and/or professionally) about their exercise performance and accurate vital statistics (e.g. height, weight, wingspan, and speed in established tests). This feedback gives athletic coaches and trainers accurate performance assessments to maximize their athletes' potential while creating a more efficient and safer training room. The app also allows the user to share their information with other users within their team “group” for comparative and competitive purposes (note that this decision to share with other team members would be at the voluntary and at the sole discretion of the user). Vivature also utilizes user data to provide relevant advertising through the KONGiQ application about service providers for local products and/or services, entertainment options and vendors who would provide related products and/or services for athletes. This advertising use is disclosed in the privacy policy, and includes the option for the user to opt out.
