Purpose of Data Collection
As a communications software provider, we necessarily must process certain information required to transmit voice and/or messaging traffic over our VoIP network. We also process personal information as necessary to create and maintain business relationships with our customers, to market to prospective customers, to maintain and operate our VoIP network and the Bandwidth platform, to respond to law enforcement requests, and to mitigate fraud and spam on the Bandwidth platform.
