We process data of current and prospective master franchisees, and sub-franchisees of our brand and other vendors in order to (a) enter into and perform our master franchise agreements, sub-franchise agreements, and vendor agreements, (b) comply with legal obligations (e.g., U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), (c) drive operational improvements and efficiencies, (d) enhance and refine our business model, and (e) enhance network security and fraud prevention. The type of third parties to which such personal information is disclosed include those that provide customer service, assess quality and customer satisfaction, enabling website features, hosting and maintenance, data storage and management, payment processing, conducting surveys, etc.
