Purpose of Data Collection
Vault Verify, LLC processes personal data for the purposes of enabling the use of the Services, processing orders and purchases, responding to requests or questions, verifying the particulars of an individual’s past or current employment with the individual’s past or current employer, and verifying particulars of an individual’s income from the individual’s past or current employers. Vault Verify, LLC may process biographical information (such as first and last name), contact information (such as email address, phone number, and postal addresses), employment information (such as dates of employment and related income data), login information (such as username and password), business information (such as business name and position), and financial information (such as credit card number). Vault Verify, LLC may share personal data with certain categories of third parties. This may include approved requestors (for employment verification and employment income verification), prospective employers (for employment verification), and lenders, landlords, and other entities extending credit (for income verification).

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) addresses data subjects whose Personal Data Vault Verify may receive from data subjects, employers, or approved organizations requesting verification of information (“Requestors”) (collectively, the “customers”) through portals on the Vault Verify website and any of Vault Verify’s products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
