CrowdTangle, Inc. ("CrowdTangle") processes personal information in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework when it (1) receives account registration information from EU, UK, or Swiss users; or (2) accesses publicly available information of EU, UK, or Swiss end users from social media APIs. CrowdTangle processes this information to operate, maintain, provide, and improve its services, to communicate with CrowdTangle users, for safety and security purposes, or as otherwise required by law.
