Purpose of Data Collection

PURPOSES: 360incentives.com USA Inc. ("360") provides rebate, SPIFF, volume incentive, MDF/Co-Op, sell through processing services, and channel analytics ("Services") for its manufacturing and distributorship clients ("Partners"). In the course of performing the Services, 360 processes the personal data of individuals applying for and receiving any form of rebate or incentive from 360's Partners. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED Personal data that 360 may process includes: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, postal/zip code, town or city, and gender; click through activity, product preferences or instructions; information about a visitor's computer and about their visits to and use of the 360 website, such as IP address, geographical location, browser type, operating system, referral source, length of visit and number of page views; information that is provided for the purpose of registering with 360 (name, email address, telephone number, postal address, and company details); information relating to any transactions carried out between the visitor and 360 or the Partners whom 360 represents including information relating to any purchases made by the visitor; information that the visitor provides to 360 for the purpose of obtaining the Services, health and financial information, email notifications and/or newsletters; and, any other information that the visitor chooses to send to 360.
