Purpose of Data Collection

Rapid Ratings collects Human Resource (HR) related employee personal data as well as non-HR information about its prospects, customers, and other business contacts that may be considered as personal data. HR related personal data collected, processed, and stored by RapidRatings relates to a wide array of HR related activities including recruitment, employment, and provision of related services. RapidRatings collects, uses, and otherwise processes non-HR personal data received regarding individual contacts of former, current, and prospective customers for general business administration, data analytics, direct marketing (e.g., email, text message, postal mail), fulfillment of requests, tracking payment of an order, customer relationship management, responding to inquiries, and exercising a right or obligation imposed by law or contract (e.g., mandatory reporting obligations). RapidRatings may collect non-HR data related to conducting its business that includes, and is not limited to, name (and/or account user name), email addresses (which may serve as usernames), IP address (local and public), session information or other usage data, and related transactional data. RapidRatings may disclose such data to third parties acting as a RapidRatings agent to perform tasks on RapidRatings’ behalf.
