Trustpoint receives electronic data from its customers and clients pertaining to HR and non-HR data sets. The data is processed and securely hosted for law firms and corporations involved in investigations or litigations. The data is available on our secure network for Trustpoint employees for the intended project and hosted for our clients. Onward transfer to third parties occur when our clients are responding to a discovery request or investigation. Trustpoint will not disclose any legal information to a third party without the written consent of the law firm or corporate law department.
