Purpose of Data Collection
TRG Screen spend management solutions provide companies of all sizes transparency into their spend and usage of subscription services. Our customers provide information about their employees and suppliers used to analyze and understand the expenses associated with employee business activities. Data stored in these applications is used solely by our clients, for their benefit only, and is never disclosed to any third parties. Data typically supplied about client employees includes names, work titles, work addresses, business telephone numbers and office location. Other information may include data related to customer suppliers such as supplier contact name and phone number. TRG Screen does not process or store information related to health records, credit card information, bank accounts or social security numbers on behalf of clients. Such information may be processed or stored related to our employees.
