Purpose of Data Collection
TRG spend management solutions (through products like FITS, Research Monitor and Quest) provide companies of all sizes transparency into their spend and usage of subscription services. Our customers provide information about their employees and suppliers used to analyze and understand the expenses associated with employee business activities. Data stored in these applications is used solely by our clients, for their benefit only, and is never disclosed to any third parties. Data typically supplied about Employees includes names, work titles, work addresses, business telephone numbers and office location. Other information may include data related to customer suppliers such as supplier contact name and phone number. TRG does not process or store information related to health records, credit card information, bank accounts or social security numbers.
