Purpose of Data Collection

a) Piano collects and processes personal data in the context of its content and subscription management service. The personal data is collected on behalf of publishers of content in relation to a data subject’s subscription. Piano collects information relating to the data subject, as well as their use of the Piano or Publisher’s services. Customers/user/subscriber data may be processed, for example, as part of data hosting services; for data analysis (e.g. analysis of subscription performance, user trends, preferences, and segmentation etc.); as part of messaging and communications features; to analyze user preferences as part of product or service improvement; to provide access to customer-service and support resources, to access to the provided media-content, abuse detection, prevention, maintaining, improving and providing the subscribed services; and as necessary to provide a service user requests or in accordance with the express consent of such customer/user/subscriber. b) Piano may collect information from employees, independent contractors, and business contacts located in the EU. This information is processed as necessary to create, maintain and manage the employment or other relationship.
