Purpose of Data Collection

Mavenlink reinvents the way businesses work with distributed teams, subcontractors, and clients. We provide technology, expertise, and services that enable organizations to deliver projects predictably and at the desired costs or margins. While our customers and users are in control of the information that submit to be processed on their behalf, in general the information includes account and user profile information, public and private discussion threads, project, task, client, billing and invoicing information. We also collect information about current and potential customers to support our business operations. Mavenlink uses a limited number of third party service providers to assist in making the Mavenlink Site available to customers, offer customer services and support, assist in technical operations, and provide data processing and storage services. These third parties may process or store personal information in the course of providing their services. Mavenlink maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations.
