Purpose of Data Collection
Metabolon’s Privacy Shield Privacy Policy describes how Metabolon Processes Personal Data received from the European Union (EU) and Switzerland in compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, including the Supplemental Principles (collectively “Principles”), documented in the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework. Personal Data may include data relating to customers, business partners as well as healthcare professionals and study participants as part of biochemical analysis, research, diagnostics, consulting, and clinical trial support services provided by Metabolon. Metabolon, operating as an employer, may also receive Human Resources data about employees of its affiliates in the EU or Switzerland.
