Purpose of Data Collection

Tier5International Inc. dba Kylie.ai may collect and store the following information when running the Kylie.ai Service: Information customers provide. When a customer registers for an account, we collect some personal information, such as first and last name, phone number, email address, and home and/or business postal addresses. Customers may also ask us to import their contacts and email or communication history by giving us access to their third party services (for example, an email account or help desk) or through social networking information, a user or customer has given us access to. In fact, in order to use our Service, customers must link a third party help desk account to a Kylie.ai account. We then import, create, and deploy ai models for customers to access in Kylie.ai. Collection and Use of 3rd Party Personal Information Users may also provide personal information about other people, such as their email address. This information is only used for the sole purpose of completing that user's request within the capabilities of the Kylie.ai service. Your Data and Other Information About You With your permission (which you grant when you sign up for or begin using our Service), Kylie.ai collect and stores information you provide or that we collect in order to administer our Services and/or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. If you or another user connects a third party service to Kylie.ai that has been previously connected by you or another user, we may associate all or a portion of the previous account with the applicable accounts rather than storing duplicates.
