Purpose of Data Collection
1. Legitimate business need. Data is processed for product usage statistical information (e.g., what features are most frequently used, what user roles are most often deployed, production adoption, etc.). There are only 4 required fields for account creation; given or first name, family or surname, user role (e.g., system admin, user admin, general user, etc.) and work email address. 2. Marketing. Customers are sent information about company events for their specific geographic region and product updates. The personal data processed for marketing data is geolocation data for customer and prospects in order to provide targeted material. All communications have an opt-out option. All community sites start with an opt-in option.
