Agfa HealthCare provides healthcare imaging and information management products and services. In the provision of maintenance and support services, Agfa's U.S. entity (Agfa HealthCare Corporation) may have incidental access to and may use the protected health information of the patients of healthcare customers of its affiliated companies in the EU only as necessary to provide maintenance and support services for the products that Agfa HealthCare has sold to Agfa HealthCare’s customers in the EU.
