Purpose of Data Collection
RELX provides information and analytics for professional and business customers across industries. The personal information received in reliance on the Data Privacy Frameworks is provided by customers and their authorized users, clients, agents and service providers under contract with us or our affiliates or resellers for the services identified in our Data Privacy Framework Notice. The type of personal information is determined by our customers and their users but commonly includes their contact and registration information, client and prospect information, financial and billing information, security authorization, identification and authentication information, transactional information, usage activity and preferences. We process personal information to provide and improve our services, customer and technical support, and billing and marketing activities, to respond to requests, to process transactions, for administrative purposes and as otherwise instructed by customers and their authorized users, clients, agents and service providers. We may disclose personal information to our affiliates, service providers, business partners and others as described in our Data Privacy Framework Notice.
