Purpose of Data Collection
MessageBird maintains an Omnichannel automation platform for communication APIs, service & marketing. Application software and APIs are relied upon to automate and personalize every touchpoint with a business has with its customers across SMS, Email, Voice & WhatsApp. We allow our customers to insert email addresses or phone numbers and other recipient information including, for example, name, address, and other demographic information into our platform. This information is used to create and send communication and enable the use of certain other MessageBird features. Consistent with our posted Privacy Statement, we share some information with third party service providers to provide and support the services we offer to our customers. We also share some information with third party advertising partners to help us better understand our customers' needs and interests in order to serve more relevant content and target advertisements to these customers and others like them.
