Purpose of Data Collection
The primary purpose of the software-as-a-service solution is to track, assess, and log data use and disclosure incidents and map those incidents to the specific requirements of various bodies of US and international law, while providing risk warnings, decision support with regard to the choice to notify, impending notification deadlines deadlines, lists, and reports. Such risk assessments do not require personal information.
