Purpose of Data Collection

CommercialTribe processes personal data for the purposes of: (1) enabling the use of its applications and services; (2) improving its applications and services; (3) responding to users’ requests or questions; and (4) providing information regarding updates to the services. The personal data processed by CommercialTribe includes: (1) biographical information, such as first and last name; (2) professional information, such as role in the company and company name; (3) contact information, such as email address; and (4) performance information. CommercialTribe may provide users’ personal data to third-party service providers who work on behalf of or with CommercialTribe to provide users with some of the services and features of the services and to help CommercialTribe communicate with users, and who agree to use the personal data only to assist CommercialTribe in operating CommercialTribe’s applications and services or as required by law. CommercialTribe service providers may provide: (1) application hosting services; (2) cloud storage services; (3) customer support services; (4) security services; (5) email software; (6) analytics and data metrics services; and (7) communication and support services.
