Allvue limits the interaction with customer data to the following purposes: • To provide and deliver the contracted services • To provide customer service or support • To respond to customer’s requests • To address technical issues • To respond to lawful requests Allvue does not sell, distribute or loan Personal Data to any third-parties. However, Allvue may share Personal Data with third-parties, or sub-contractors under contract and subject to appropriate confidentiality and privacy obligations to perform business related functions at the direction of Allvue.
