Purpose of Data Collection
Keep the employees information updated on the internal HR system. Our company can access to personal information in two ways: Applicants/HR: when a candidate applies to a position at BairesDev, his personal information is securely stored in our ERP database. The information may include the basic contact information and work history, internal exams results, location, etc. The Recruiting area can access to this information to check if the profile fits the requirements, and then send updates to the candidate about the recruiting process. Leads/clients: when a lead asks for a BairesDev service or information via e-mail or filling the Website form, their data is stored in our CRM system. After that, our sales representatives access the information to contact the potential client through email or a call to share the requested information. In both cases the information is not shared with any third parties, it is kept in our encrypted databases, and any of them can unsubscribe or request access to his own information.
