Purpose of Data Collection

SecureAuth Corporation (“SecureAuth”) processes personal data for the purposes of enabling the use of its services; providing application logs to Customer administrators for their troubleshooting and monitoring of the applications; assisting our Customers per their request; and responding to requests or questions. Personal data processed includes biographical information (such as first and last name); contact information (such as email address, mobile device ID, and mobile phone number); and account information (such as username). Personal data may be shared with third party service providers, including Internet hosting services; support ticket management software; project tracking; analytics services; video conferencing and screen sharing software; cloud desktop management services; customer identity and engagement services; monitoring services; phone system and web conferencing services; email and communications software; and CRM software.

SecureAuth Corporation takes the protection of personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) very seriously. SecureAuth Corporation’s Privacy Policy addresses data subjects whose Personal Data SecureAuth Corporation may receive from its customers in the course of providing, implementing, and supporting SecureAuth Corporation’s identity and access management solutions services (the “Products”), (collectively, the “Services”). The Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Data SecureAuth Corporation collects by other means, such as Personal Data that SecureAuth Corporation receives directly through its marketing website(s) or the Personal Data of its employees. In addition, SecureAuth Corporation’s customers use SecureAuth Corporation’s platform to process their own employees’, customers’, and vendors’ Personal Data. In that case, SecureAuth Corporation acts only as a service provider. In general, SecureAuth Corporation will only access such Personal Data at its customer’s request in connection with customer support or account administration matters. SecureAuth Corporation will only do this to provide the services that its customer has directed SecureAuth Corporation to provide, or if SecureAuth Corporation is required by law.
