Purpose of Data Collection

The types of personal data processed still include: Organization, customer, client and visitor data. Type of third parties to whom we disclose this personal data still only include group companies and suppliers. The legal grounds for processing data: necessary for the performance of our contract. How the data is gathered and by whom the data is being gathered: Access through email communications, online project management tool, databases and company websites. Types of personal data: Name of User, Title, Email address, Phone number. We do not process any sensitive non-hr data. How we ensure data is securely processed: (a) the pseudonymization and encryption of data where possible; (b) ensuring the ongoing confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of processing systems and services through secure cloud based data backup; (c) restoring the availability and access to personal data in a timely manner in the event of a physical or technical incident through secure cloud based data backup ; (d) regularly testing, accessing and evaluating the effectiveness of technical and organizational measures for ensuring the security of the processing through restoration of backup to alternate cloud systems.
