Purpose of Data Collection
Alogent is a financial services company, providing software and services to banks and credit unions. We have 2-3 employees in the UK who supports our European clients from there. Alogent also has several banking clients in the United Kingdom who have installed our software. From time to time, we need to provide support to these customers for responding to a software defect or to process an upgrade. As part of the support request, Alogent may need to be provided with a copy of the bank's customer's data which could include personal information consistent with that upon a check, including the full name, address, phone number, account number, and bank routing number. All these data is expected to be sanitized (not real data). However, All these data are encrypted during transit and storage.
