Purpose of Data Collection

We process HR data for the following reasons: • Determining eligibility for employment and recruiting for positions in Arrow; • Providing and administering compensation, including bonuses, stock options, benefits, pension arrangements, insurance and other related services; • Assessing, facilitating and administering Arrow opportunities and social programs for Employees; • Assessing and administering any expenses claimed or utilized by employees, in accordance with Arrow's Travel and Entertainment Policy; • Enhancing, ensuring and administering the physical security of Employees; • Enhancing the physical security and confidentiality of Arrow facilities, physical plants and the security and confidentiality of Arrow information; • Considering, responding to and administering any leave of absences requested and/or granted; • Administering any other Arrow policies and procedures as set out in the Arrow Employment policies; • Investigating any breach of any Arrow Employee policy or procedure or to otherwise assess or enforce Arrow's legal rights; • Employee communications; • Other purposes pertaining to employment matters of the individual or other matters to which the Employee may consent; • As required by any competent governmental entity, legal process, investigation or compliance with any applicable law or regulation, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements; and • Various administrative, record keeping and other human resources related tasks. We process customer personal information for the following purposes: • To provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, develop new services, and protect Arrow and our users; • To facilitate, manage, personalize and improve customer’s online experience; • To respond to customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests, such as to send newsletters, brochures, catalogs and e-mails; • For our business purposes, such as data analysis, audits, fraud monitoring and prevention, enhancing, improving, or modifying our Services, identifying usage trends, and operating and expanding our business activities; and • To send customer’s advertisements and communications about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards and events we believe may be of interest.
