Purpose of Data Collection
Domo provides an online software platform our customers use to understand and manage their organizations. Domo provides the Domo Platform, technical support, professional services, and other software and services to our customers. In connection with our business activities, we collect, obtain, and process EEA and Swiss personal information directly from individuals, either via our publicly available websites or in connection with our customer, partner, and vendor relationships. We also process EEA and Swiss personal information obtained from our customers and other third parties. The data we process varies, but may include personal information about our and our customer's prospective and current customers, employees, partners, suppliers, or marketing contacts that originates from the EEA or Switzerland. We disclose such personal information to our affiliated entities, third party service providers, and subcontractors assisting us in conducting our business. The personal information is processed in order to provide and improve our software and services, perform support and professional services, conduct sales and marketing activities, and conduct related internal business processes.
