Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data is collected from registered customers in order to conduct commercial transactions with them for purchase of products and services offered by C2M. Registered customer data is disclosed to financial institutions and credit card processors to validate credit worthiness and process payments. Customer data may also be disclosed to data analytics vendors for purposes of C2M customer segmentation analysis. Our customers submit secondary personal data (names and addresses) to us in the form of mailing lists which are used to place addresses on physical, printed mailpieces for deposit with postal operators such as the USPS. Such secondary address list data is disclosed to a USPS-authorized National Change of Address (NCOA) vendor for mandatory address validation using USPS NCOA databases, as well as to contracted print vendors for addressing printed mailpieces.
