SnapEngage discloses personal data to companies that provide services to help with our business activities (such as payment processors), in cases of abusive behavior or suspected violations of the Terms of Service, with public authorities in response to a lawful request (such as to meet national security or law enforcement requirements), or in the event that SnapEngage is acquired or merged with another company the personal data will be shared with said company.
