Purpose of Data Collection
Non-HR data collected: Consists of a subset of the following categories of data: name, phone numbers, e-mail address, time zone, address data, plus any application-specific data which Customers' authorized users enter into the Services. The purpose of the data is to identify the credentials of the authorized users of the Services to allow them access to the Services. HR Types of data collected: Consists of Personal Details, Documentation Required under Immigration Laws, Compensation and Payroll, Position, Talent Management Information, System and Application Data, and Sensitive Personal Information. Non-HR Widen's Processing of Personal Data: Widen shall only process personal data on behalf of and in accordance with Customer's instructions and shall treat personal data as confidential information. Customer instructs Widen to process personal data for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Customer agreement; (ii) Processing initiated by authorized users in their use of the Services; and (iii) Processing to comply with other reasonable instructions provided by Customer (e.g., via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Customer agreement. HR Processing of Personal Data: Consists of Managing Workforce, Communications and Emergencies, Business Operations, Compliance, and IT Monitoring. Non-HR Third Parties to Whom Widen Discloses Personal Data: There are no third parties to whom Widen discloses personal data. HR Third Parties to Whom Widen Discloses Personal Data: Consists of Professional Advisors, Service Providers, Public and Governmental Authorities, and Third Parties in Corporate Transactions.
