Endeavor DNA collects personal data from users of the service, such as name, race, relationship, address, phone number, e-mail address, company name, IP address and credit card information. This information is used for human DNA identification and to perform DNA analysis to establish biological relationship. This information is shared with Endeavor DNA's billing provider to process credit card and invoice payments.
