Purpose of Data Collection
After, Inc. is the administrator of service contracts that may be sold in the countries of the EU and Switzerland. As such, if an end customer needs to make a claim against a service contract that is administered by After, Inc., then After, Inc. must collect the end customer's name, contact information, and product information in order to process the claim. The customer information is then transmitted to the service plan obligor/service provider, for fulfillment of the services.
