EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework: Active
Purpose of Data Collection
After, Inc. is the administrator of service contracts that may be sold in the countries of the EU. As such, if an end customer needs to make a claim against a service contract that is administered by After, Inc., then After, Inc. must collect the end customer's name, contact information, and product information in order to process the claim. The customer information is then transmitted to the service plan obligor/service provider, for fulfillment of the services.
This is the Privacy Shield policy, see attached link. It has been updated to reflect the new DMA mailing address and the addition of the Swiss Privacy Shield.
