Purpose of Data Collection
IPsoft may receive the following categories of HR Data in the US: Full Name, Home Address, Email Address, National Identification Number, Passport Number, Digital Identity, Date of Birth, Birthplace, Telephone Number, Age, Gender, Race. We process internal HR Data for the following purposes: human resources, payroll, employment compliance and legal considerations, auditing, security and fraud prevention, preserving or defending the organization's legal rights, or other purposes consistent with the expectations of a reasonable person given the context of the collection. IPsoft will only process internal HR Data in ways that are compatible with the purpose that IPsoft collected it for, or for purposes the individual later authorizes.
IPsoft Privacy Shield Internal HR Policy describes how IPsoft Incorporated and its subsidiaries and affiliates in the United States ("US") ("IPsoft," "we," or "us") collect, use, and disclose certain human resource information that we receive in the US from the European Union ("HR Data").
