Purpose of Data Collection
JAGGAER may process the personal data of our customers and suppliers to enable our customers and suppliers to use JAGGAER's software applications and services. JAGGAER may also process the personal data of website visitors to (i) enable JAGGAER to provide additional information about JAGGAER, (ii) allow JAGGAER to follow-up after their visit, or (iii) respond to any requests. For website visitors the type of personal data processed is generally name, e-mail address or telephone number. Employee personal information is used by JAGGAER management (i) to manage and administer its workforce; (ii) to provide and manage compensation and benefits; (iii) to ensure the safety, security and protection of its employees in JAGGAER offices and facilities; (iv) to help ensure compliance with applicable law; and (v) for general recordkeeping purposes.
