Purpose of Data Collection

We are a Serviced Apartment/Corporate House agency that primarily focuses on travellers either directly or through travel companies wanting accommodation around the world. In order to service our business operation, we collect personal data in the following categories: 1. Clients/travellers: These are all those staying in Serviced Apartment/Corporate House accommodation. 2. Employees: All those that work for the company either through direct engagement with the client/traveller or indirectly through services like HR, IT and Marketing. 3. Third parties: Our accommodation partners who provide Serviced Apartment/Corporate House accommodation. Processing of Personal Data 1. Clients/travellers: Provide us their personal data so that we can find them suitable accommodation and bill them for their stay. In order to process an initial enquiry from clients/travellers, we need their name, address, email, phone and address and company name. Using this information alongside their accommodation needs, we are able to provide them with a bespoke proposal of options for their accommodation. On them choosing a suitable option, we process a booking. For those clients wanting to pay online via pay our banking platform can do so. We do not collect or process card data as it is a service provided by our banking platform. 2. Employees: All those that work directly for us have employment contracts. Each employment contract or subsequent agreements will contain personal data such as name, address, email and phone. We would also hold employee bank details to process payroll on a monthly basis. Lastly, we hold social security number and passport/visa copies for each employee to meet regulation in terms of right to work and other regulatory requirements. 3. Third parties: On confirmation of a booking by clients/travellers, we pass their personal details such as name, email address and phone to the accommodation partners to secure the booking and for them to be welcomed by those clients/travellers for the duration of their stay.
