Purpose of Data Collection
UdiSense Inc. (DBA Nanit) provides sleep analysis that measure a baby's and parents' behavior throughout the night without requiring a wearable component (‘Service’). In order to perform the Service, we, UdiSense Inc. (DBA Nanit), receive from Nanit Israel Ltd. and/or our customers, user names, email addresses, profile image, time zone, relation to baby, baby names, baby birthdates, baby profile images, baby gender, video clips of activity, IP addresses, device information and geolocation. We will not transfer Personal Information originating in the EU to third parties unless such third parties have entered into an agreement in writing with us requiring them to provide at least the same level of privacy protection to your Personal Information as required by the Principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. We will only transfer Personal Information to cloud service providers who need the information in order to provide services to or perform activities on our behalf. In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield, Nanit is potentially liable.
