Purpose of Data Collection

We may collect contact information from visitors of our Websites, if they are interested in our product or services and would like us to contact them. Additionally, our customers use our usability testing software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to collect responses and feedback data from third-party participants (through the surveys that our customers conduct and administer using the SaaS platform). Such data collection is by and on behalf of our customers, and the data collected may include screen shots or recordings of the survey participants' computer screens, or audio or video recordings of the survey participants (which recordings are made via the participants' Webcams). Our customer Web portal also may collect information from our customers (such as contact information or login information) so that our customers may log into the portal to create, conduct and manage their surveys, and to view the results of those surveys, as well as to access other information available to them through the portal. We also collect personal data from our potential and existing employees and personnel for purposes of administration and managing human resources for our internal purposes (e.g., payroll, taxes, employee benefits (such as healthcare insurance, stock/equity, etc.), and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations).
